The Company provides Family Office services, financial planning and guidance to high-net-worth families and individuals. This includes coordination with, guidance regarding, and referral to professionals in the fields of investments, finance, pensions and insurance, as well as investment marketing. The Company does not engage in investment advice or investment portfolio management, as these terms are defined by law.
The Company engages in pension marketing and investment marketing and is affiliated with the pension products it markets.
These pension products are managed by institutional entities with which the Company has entered into distribution agreements.
This affiliation is reflected, among other things, in the receipt of commissions and other compensation from the institutional entities for marketing their products to the Company's clients, including in cases where a client is referred to a specific institutional entity.
The Company may maintain business relationships, cooperation agreements or referral agreements with financial entities, institutional entities, investment managers, investment funds, hedge funds, insurance companies, investment houses and other parties in the capital markets, in Israel and abroad.
Such relationships may include, among other things, the receipt of compensation, commissions or other payments for referring, coordinating or guiding clients to such parties, in accordance with the law and subject to the Company's fiduciary duty toward its clients.

The Company is affiliated with Emerging Market Macro Strategies Ltd and Emerging Markets Macro Strategies (respectively, the "Fund Manager" and the "Fund"). The nature of this affiliation is that the Company is a related company of the Fund Manager, as both are controlled by the same controlling shareholder. In addition, the Company and/or its controlling shareholder may receive a benefit from the Fund Manager in connection with an investment in the Fund.
